What happens to all the mess made when pressure washing?

We take away all of the mud and dirt from site. We will wash down all affected areas leaving your property cleaner than when we started.


Do you use chemicals when pressure washing?

Yes, we use Sodium Hypochlorite which is a strong chemical which breaks down the dirt and grime. This is washed away thoroughly but we do ask that children and pets keep off any affected surfaces for a couple of hours. Plants will be wash beforehand so they do not absorb the chemical and if it is an issue, we can not use chemical at all.


How do you clean windows with just water?

We use pure, filtered water which dries without leaving any marks. 


Can I have my windows cleaned the traditional way?

Yes. We will always clean windows with a pole and pure water where possible but if you rather we clean your windows the traditional way, just let us know.


How often will you clean my windows?

We work on a 6 and 12 week rota, whichever suits you better.


Is it safe to clean my solar panels?

Yes. We use solar panel safe chemicals to make sure no damage is done.

Do I need an outside tap for exterior cleaning jobs?

Yes, for most exterior cleaning jobs we will connect up to the property's outside tap. For some small cleaning jobs we may be able to bring the water needed if you do not have an outside tap.


What happens to all the hedge cuttings once you're done?

We can take away all the hedge cuttings for a small fee, usally £5 to £10 depending on the amount.


What happens if my guttering downpipe is blocked?

We check all downpipes when clearing out gutters and if need be, we can discuss removing the downpipe and clearing out any debris if needed.


Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured up to £5m and proof can be provided on request.


How can I make payment?

We request payment is made by bank transfer. If you would like to pay by cash, this can be arranged in some circimstances


What locations do you cover?

We can cover all of Norfolk, but we focus on Mid-Norfolk including areas such as Dereham, Fakenham, Reepham,  Swaffham, Watton, Wymondham, Holt and all villages around these areas.
