Pressure Washing FAQs
What surfaces can you pressure wash?
We can professionally clean a wide range of exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, pathways, decking, block paving, concrete, natural stone, brickwork, and other hard-standing areas.
How often should I have my driveway or patio pressure washed?
For most properties, we recommend pressure washing every 1 to 2 years to maintain a clean appearance and prevent the build-up of dirt, algae, moss, and weeds.
Will pressure washing remove moss, algae and weeds?
Yes. Pressure washing is highly effective at removing surface moss, algae, lichen, dirt, and weeds from hard surfaces.
Can pressure washing damage my surfaces?
When carried out correctly using professional equipment and appropriate pressure settings, pressure washing is a safe and effective cleaning method. We assess each surface individually to ensure the correct cleaning technique is used.
Wht happens to all the mess made when pressure washing?
We take away all of the mud and dirt from site. We will wash down all affected areas leaving your property cleaner than when we started.
Do you re-sand block paving?
Yes. Following the cleaning process, we can reapply kiln-dried sand to block paving joints where required. This helps stabilise the blocks and maintain the integrity of the surface.
How long does pressure washing take?
The duration of the work depends on the size, condition, and type of surface being cleaned. Most residential pressure washing projects can be completed within 1 to 6 hours
Do I need to be at home while the work is carried out?
No. As long as we have safe access to the area being cleaned and a suitable water supply where required, you do not need to be present while the work is completed.
Do you need an outside tap?
Yes, for most pressure washing jobs we will connect up to the property's outside tap. For some small cleaning jobs we may be able to bring the water needed if you do not have an outside tap.
Will my driveway or patio look like new afterwards?
Pressure washing can dramatically improve the appearance of most surfaces by removing years of accumulated dirt and organic growth. While results vary depending on the age and condition of the surface, customers are often surprised by the transformation.
How long will it take for the surface to dry?
Drying times vary depending on weather conditions, surface type, and drainage. In favourable conditions, most surfaces will be dry and ready to use within a few hours.
What locations do you cover?
Yes. We provide pressure washing services across Norfolk, with a particular focus on Mid Norfolk, including Dereham, Fakenham, Swaffham, Watton, Wymondham, Reepham, Holt and the surrounding villages.
Are you insured?
