Our regular window cleaning service includes the cleaning of all external glass, frames, and sills using our pure water cleaning system, leaving your windows spotless and streak-free.
For an accurate quotation for larger or more complexed houses, we may need to visit site. Alternativly, simply get in touch and we will be happy to provide a free, no-obligation estimate over the phone or via text.
Please note, these prices are based on a standard size property. We will always double check the price when we come to clean the windows for the first time and we may need to amend the price. However, we will always charge the original quoted price for the first clean.

How do you clean windows with just water?
We use a professional pure water cleaning system that filters and purifies the water to remove minerals and impurities. This purified water effectively lifts dirt and grime from the glass and frames, and because it contains no dissolved minerals, it dries naturally to a spotless, streak-free finish without leaving any marks or residue.
How often will can you clean my windows?
We offer flexible cleaning schedules on either a 6-week or 12-week cycle, allowing you to choose the frequency that best suits your needs and budget. We will be happy to discuss the most suitable option for your property.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold comprehensive public liability insurance with cover of up to £5 million. Insurance documentation is available upon request.
How can I make payment?
We offer a range of convenient payment options, including bank transfer, direct debit, and cash. Payment details will be provided upon completion of the work. We are happy to accommodate the payment method that is most convenient for you.
What locations do you cover?
We provide our services throughout Norfolk, with a particular focus on Mid Norfolk. Our core service areas include Dereham, Fakenham, Swaffham, Watton, Wymondham, Reepham and Holt. We also cover all surronding villages too. If you are located elsewhere in Norfolk, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Do I need to be at home when you clean my windows?
No. As long as we have safe access to the areas that require cleaning, you do not need to be present. We will complete the work and notify you once the service has been carried out.
Do you clean window frames and sills?
Yes. As part of our standard service, we clean the window glass, frames, and sills to ensure a complete and professional finish.
What happens if it rains after my windows have been cleaned?
Rain will not usually make clean windows dirty. Our pure water cleaning system leaves no residue on the glass, so rainwater should dry naturally without affecting the finish. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Can you clean windows above conservatories or difficult-to-reach areas?
Yes. Our water-fed pole system allows us to safely clean windows at height and in hard-to-reach areas, including above conservatories and extensions, without the need for ladders in most situations.
